- We can advise on the best people to contact with regard to general valuation services including short lease valuations and how to extend these types of leases
- We regularly use architects on our projects and we can offer information on how to submit planning applications
- Property search and acquisition service. We will undertake a property search of specific markets and present to you options within a set of pre agreed criteria. (e.g 2 bedroom lateral flat, 800 sqft minimum within W8 - Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea)
- Green energy - we can offer information on some of the current sustainable 'eco' products available for residential properties
